Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms, when used throughout this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting the rights and obligations set out in subsequent sections.

• "pokkie" Refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at pokkie.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital properties connected to the brand.
• "Platform" The entire suite of software, websites, applications, and services made available by pokkie to registered players, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "You" Any individual who has registered a pokkie account and accesses the Platform for the purpose of gambling, betting, or related entertainment activities. Use of the Platform by anyone other than the registered account holder is prohibited.
• "Account" The unique profile created by a Player during registration, used to access the Platform, manage funds, place bets, and maintain personal settings and transaction history.
• "Real Money Wager" Any bet, stake, or game entry placed using funds deposited into a pokkie Account, as distinct from any free-play or demo-mode session available on select game titles.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions outlined in the applicable promotion terms.
• "BDT / ৳" Bangladesh Taka, the primary currency accepted on the pokkie Platform for deposits, withdrawals, and account balance display. All monetary limits referenced in these Terms are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pokkie uses to confirm a Player's eligibility, age (18+), and identity before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Agreement" These Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, collectively forming the binding contract between pokkie and the Player.
• "Prohibited Activity" Any conduct listed in Section 3 (Account Registration and Eligibility) or Section 6 (Betting and Gaming Rules) that pokkie expressly forbids, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting software.

Where the context requires it, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pokkie.net, creating an Account, or placing any Real Money Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, contact support to close your Account.

You acknowledge that this Agreement is entered into electronically. The act of completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up constitutes a valid, binding electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature under applicable law.

These Terms apply equally to all areas of the Platform, including cricket betting, live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, and any other gaming product offered by pokkie now or in the future. Where specific game categories carry additional rules (for example, live in-play cricket betting terms or tournament-specific bonus conditions), those supplemental rules are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

pokkie may, at its sole discretion, modify the structure of the Platform, add or remove game categories, change payment methods, or alter promotional offerings at any time. Such changes do not constitute a breach of this Agreement and do not entitle the Player to any compensation unless specifically stated in an active promotion.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money betting and gaming on pokkie, you must create a registered Account. The following eligibility criteria and registration conditions apply to all players:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pokkie strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 without prior notice.
• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information or different details — is classified as a Prohibited Activity and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Document (NID), your date of birth, your mobile number, and your active email address.
• Bangladesh Residency: pokkie's primary service offering is designed for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder for personal entertainment. Using an Account on behalf of a third party, sharing login credentials, or operating an Account as a proxy for another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pokkie will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced protection.

pokkie reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a valid NID, passport, or driving licence together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address — at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pokkie may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

pokkie supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their accessibility and reliability within the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳ / BDT).

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location and the current operational status of each payment partner's infrastructure.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount across all accepted methods is ৳100.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile financial service transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your Account during standard banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• pokkie does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pokkie accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source less any applicable reversal charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review.
• For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience delays. pokkie will communicate any scheduled maintenance in advance via the Platform notification system.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements (Bonus Funds) cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full. The real-money balance and bonus balance are displayed separately in your Account dashboard.

Bonuses and Promotions

pokkie periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers — including promotions tied to BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup cricket events, as well as Eid and Pohela Boishakh festive periods. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Account. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement on eligible games within the specified timeframe.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. Cricket betting and live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots or fishing games. Contribution rates are published on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements expire according to the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• pokkie's Right to Amend or Withdraw: pokkie reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player's wagering requirement is in progress, pokkie will assess the situation fairly on a case-by-case basis.
• Maximum Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions carry a maximum cashable winnings cap derived from Bonus Funds. Where such a cap applies, it is prominently disclosed in the promotion's specific terms.

pokkie's promotional team monitors bonus activity continuously for patterns consistent with abuse. Any player found to be systematically exploiting promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or mathematical arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent house edge — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may face permanent account closure.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game entries placed on pokkie are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules — for example, cricket in-play betting rules, Dragon and Tiger card game rules, and Mermaid Fishing game mechanics — are published within the relevant game or betting category and form part of this Agreement.

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation:

• A bet is considered accepted only when pokkie's system generates a unique bet confirmation reference number. Bets for which no confirmation reference is issued — due to connectivity interruptions, system errors, or insufficient account balance — are not valid and have no payout entitlement.
• pokkie reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a system error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the player's Account balance.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits vary by event, market type, and player account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Prohibited Betting Conduct:

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on sporting events where the player has prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. pokkie cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit in investigating suspicious betting patterns.
• Automated Betting Software: The use of bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform is prohibited. Detection of automated betting activity will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games — particularly live poker, baccarat, or any competitive multiplayer format — is a Prohibited Activity.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies for risk-free profit across multiple pokkie markets or between pokkie and third-party platforms is not permitted under these Terms.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress — including disconnection during a live casino round or a slot game spin — pokkie's records of game state at the time of malfunction shall be the definitive reference for determining the applicable outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the game session will be voided and stakes returned. pokkie's decision in malfunction disputes is final.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

pokkie is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following tools are available to all registered players at all times via the Account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions to deposit limits take immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Reminders: Configure session duration reminders to notify you at regular intervals while you are active on the Platform.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a time-out, all betting and gaming activity is blocked and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Account Suspension and Closure

pokkie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including any Prohibited Activity listed in Sections 3 and 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by pokkie's compliance team.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account or connected transactions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder, as described in Section 7.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution requiring restriction of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pokkie reserves the right to retain any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Prohibited Activity. Real-money balances not associated with such activity will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after any applicable investigation period.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason other than a responsible gaming request may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded following standard KYC verification.

Dormant Accounts: An Account is classified as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). pokkie will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The monthly dormancy fee, once applicable, will not reduce the Account balance below zero.

pokkie's decision regarding Account suspension or closure is final unless successfully challenged through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 9 of the full Terms document available upon request from [email protected].
